Accommodation Info

The General Secretariat of the Conference offers the participants of the CAISE 2013, hotel rooms at special prices during the period of June 17 to June 21, 2013. Participants are advised to book rooms as early as possible, since rooms will be reserved on a first come/first served basis.

The recommended hotels are Silken Puerta de Valencia 4* (DSU: 63,00 € DOUBLE: 69,00 €) and Holidan Inn Valencia (DSU: 70€ DOUBLE: 80€). You can view the location of the hotels in this google map
The reservations will be confirmed upon reception of the total stay payment. No reservation will be guaranteed and processed without the payment. You will receive confirmation of the hotel booking indicating the name of the hotel and its address; the confirmation letter must be presented upon arrival at the hotel. If you are interested in making a hotel booking in one of the offered hotels, please use the accommodation hotel wizard from the registration process If you are already registered and wish to make a hotel booking, please use your username and password to add a hotel reservation.

Reservation conditions:

  • 100% payment in advance will be required in order to guarantee the reservation.
  • Allotments at the Hotel are for the dates of the events (June 17-21, 2013). Previous days or late departure reservations are subject to hotel availability.
  • Special needs cannot be guaranteed, however Grupo Pacifico will do their best to honor all requests.
  • A confirmation letter will be sent once reservation is confirmed
  • All prices include breakfast and VAT 10%.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • No shows will be released automatically by the hotel at 09.00 AM on the following day, and the full payment will not be refundable. The hotel is enabled to charge the total amount of the whole stay.
  • For the cancellations received before March 15th 2013, there will be no cancellation charges less 30,00 Euros per room cancelled as handling fee.
  • Cancellations received between March 15th 2013 and April 1st 2013 will apply a cancellation fee of 1 night.
  • Cancellations received between April 1st 2013 and May 1st 2013 will apply a cancellation fee of 50% of total stay.
  • Any cancellation received after May 1st 2013 will apply a cancellation fee of 100% of the total of the stay.
